The return of Unheilig has sparked a storm of enthusiasm: Nine years ago, the Count announced the end of Unheilig. Since then, tens of thousands of fans have been eagerly awaiting his return – even though the artist himself ruled it out for many years. At some point, however, the Count realized how much he missed it all – the music, the camaraderie, the concerts. There was only one solution: Unheilig had to be reborn.

This is how Der Graf describes the new album: “Like every UNHEILIG album, the new studio album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER (Love Faith Monster) is a concept album. Over the past nine years, I've had plenty of time to gather my inspiration and creative ideas and translate them into music. These are the themes and facets of my life that I want to share with people: my thoughts, experiences, dreams, adventures, fears, and emotions. Music has always been my language, and for me, it's the best way to express myself. The album title seemed fitting to unite everything that my new songs are about. UNHEILIG has always distinguished itself through a very broad musical range. From metal to pop, rock, and ballads, to German Schlager music and punk rock, or alternative music and electro, everything can be found in UNHEILIG's musicality. We used to perform at Wacken and on Carmen Nebel's show; this apparent balancing act is part of the UNHEILIG DNA, and this remains true for LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER.
