The rock singer Per Ellingsen has had music as a passion since early childhood, already as a six-year-old he started playing guitar. After a while bass guitar became his main instrument and as a bassist he has played in several bands from Bergen among others. He is also a vocalist in the group Bris.
Per Ellingsen has released 3 solo albums previously, Lady J in 2010, We’ll Fly in 2011 and A Million Little Pieces in 2014.Pers hallmark are his popular melodies with a main emphasis on vocal and multi-voice song. He is inspired by eg. Eagles, Poco and Hollies, and several of his songs have topped the list on Norwegian Country Radio. He is probably best known for allowing My Brother Knew This Guy.He has performed around Norway, both solo and with his own band. Songs and lyrics on this beautiful album are written by Per himself and his friends and partners Sturle Andersen and Ken Bruun Olsen. The collection contains 20 songs, including 4 new ones. There are melodious songs with strong lyrics about betrayal, intoxication, love and, not least, seeing the positive in life.
The album has been recorded in Havnelageret Studio, Bergen, and Per Ellingsen has produced himself.
