Girls In Airports sind zum Quartett geschrumpft, und davon profitieren die neuen Songs. Zwei Drummer sorgen für nordafrikanische Trance, Stender spielt eine schwebende Querflöte, das Wurlitzer E-Piano tänzelt so leichtfüßig dahin, als wäre es eine Steel Drum. Die Vielschichtigkeit, Traumverlorenheit und Rätselhaftigkeit macht diese Musik so anziehend. Seit 2009 existieren Girls In Airports – „How it is now“ ist nun ihr Meisterstück.
