After 17 years making his way through the scene with a steady stream of delicate, soulful releases on some of D+B’s most formidable labels, we’re very proud to welcome this incredible talent to the Hospital family, Mitekiss!

From the tender age of 15, this London native has been sculpting his sound through the exotic experimentation of other diverse genres that eventually lead him to a steady heartbeat of 170BPM. After the heavy yet steady output of his tracks into the world of D+B, movement on the Mitekiss front began to pick up momentum when ‘Void’, a free track on Skankandbass caught the attention of Shogun Audio head honcho, Friction. This instantly lead to a string of releases across labels such as Shogun, SGN:LTD, Chase & Status’ MTA and more, garnished with support from various acts, including Hybrid Minds on their tear-out UKF mix.

Among an already impressive string of releases, lies his own sublime take on one of London Elektricity’s most widely renowned tracks, ‘Just One Second’, only ever to be officially remixed by the late Apex. A true testament to the dexterity behind his production abilities, his remix is comprised of exquisite vocal manipulation and graceful orchestral work, peppered with subtle percussion – making this a truly worthy retouch of the track’s lineage.

A man of action who currently runs both his own business and co-runs his own label Goldfat Records, we’re very excited to see the what Mitekiss brings to the Hospital family, and the new heights to which he’ll take his sound!
